5.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
6. Use of AI Provider (OpenAI) and Data Sharing
We use OpenAI's API to generate debates based on the text you provide. When you submit content on this site, we send that text and the resulting AI-generated debate to OpenAI so they can process it and return a response to us.
We have opted into OpenAI's data-sharing program, which means that the inputs and outputs from enabled projects may also be used by OpenAI to help identify usage patterns, measure model quality, and improve or train their models, as described in OpenAI's own documentation.
We instruct users not to submit personal data (such as real names, contact details, government IDs, or other information that identifies a real person) or any confidential or proprietary information. If you choose to include such information despite this, you understand that it may be processed by OpenAI under their terms and policies.
We do not sell your content to third parties. Apart from our service providers (such as OpenAI) who help us operate the service, we do not share your prompts or debates with other organizations except where required by law.
